Service Description
In this class you will learn conditioning movements around the pole. Each movement targets different areas of the body to strengthen your muscles using resistance and body weight. Building your strength will allow you to go further in your pole practice regardless of your level. There is no prerequisite for this class. Dans ce cours, vous apprendrez des mouvements de conditionnement autour de la barre. Chaque mouvement cible différentes zones du corps pour renforcer vos muscles en utilisant la résistance et le poids du corps. Le renforcement de vos muscles vous permettra d'aller plus loin dans votre pratique de pole, quel que soit votre niveau. Il n'y a pas de prérequis pour ce cours.
